Mary Pasby has been a business-to-business marketer for 22 years. As a Director of the Business Development Practice she has worked with numerous client service teams and in-house marketers and business developers on in-depth client and market research, key account management, planning and sales forecasting, portfolio management and new product development.
Mary leads our approach to: client care, proposal and assignment debriefs, satisfaction research and analysis and is an approved client care interviewer for a number of major firms and has extensive experience interviewing Board members and senior executives in FTSE 350 and other international businesses as well as UK Government departments. Interviewees have typically been CEO’s, MD’s, FD’s, Non-Executive Directors, General Counsel, Local Authority managers and senior Civil Servants.
She began her career within the telecommunications sector with Ericsson and British Telecommunications moving into professional services working for international accounting and management consulting firms KPMG and Coopers & Lybrand. Mary gained a BSc honours degree in Urban Planning, Transport Planning and Operations from Aston University in Birmingham in 1980, followed by a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM.) She is a member of the CIM, Professional Service Marketing Groups and the Institute of Directors.
