Z/Yen Packed Its Trunk And Said Goodbye To The Circuits

Z/Yen Head Office now offers trunk to trunk telephone facilities. In other words, incoming calls to Z/Yen can be transferred to another trunk line in much the same way as a call would be transferred within an office. This is an excellent service to be able to offer clients and Z/Yen people & partners.

It’s just a shame that Kate forgot about it and told a prospect of mine from British Telecom Marketing that I was working at home and he could call me there, rather than transferring him. Guess I’ll just have to take him to lunch to make it up to him.

Joking apart, hats off, particularly to Stuart Otter for sorting all the telecoms out (including a tidy compensation package for the line problems in the first week at Garrard House) and to Kate for managing the telecoms systems admirably.

Comments, as always, welcomed at the address shown. Please fax articles through for the next issue (copy date 24 February). See you all, Z/Yen!
