Z/Yen has recently undertaken a systems review for Macaw Soft Drinks, a major manufacturer of carbonated, alcohol-free beverages. Despite the radical departure from Z/Yen people’s knowledge of the drinks market (mainly spirits, wines and beers) and the resulting huge shift in paradigms and mind sets required for the work, the team seemed able to adapt their skills to the task in deliver excellent work. No one seems to have tried any of the client’s products, however.
