Our dear friends at DTZ are moving as quickly as they possibly can to get the lease on our proposed premises in Gresham Street sorted out. Once the Court for approval (daft or what?) as the lease falls outside the Landlord and Tenant Act. Attempts to speed up the process have included:

• Offering to turn up and sign any documents in person;
• offering to refrain from turning up in person as long as documents turn up soon;
• Threatening to turn up and rant in person unless the documents turn up pdq.

All the above to no avail. Seriously, the ETA on the space is now about 2nd week in November.
