In a historic leap forward, Z/Yen Holdings limited have pulled off an amazing coup, recruiting two new board members in one fell swoop.

Michael Mainelli joined as an executive director on 1 February 1995 and Joh Nigel Major McLean joined as a non-executive director on the same day.

A spokesman for Z/Yen, Ian Harris, commented exclusively to Now and Z/Yen, “these advances mark the conclusion of the set up phase of Z/Yen’s life. We now have the finances and the right team in place. We are no longer playing chicken, but are now ready to go forward into the big bad world and talk turkey”. Harris then continued to mix metaphors for a further 20 minutes, but his additional comments are not recorded here, or indeed anywhere else.
