Employee Ownership Trusts (or EOTs) were created in 2014 as a way of encouraging businesses, particularly small to medium sized, to transition to employee ownership, and numbers have accelerated in the last couple of years. This presentation will explore the practicalities of applying reward and management incentives in these businesses.
The presentation will be discussed at the 6 April in-person session as part of Panel Two— Employee Share/Share Option Plans In SME Companies, when participants will have the opportunity to put questions and comments to the panel.
