Currys launched its Colleague Shareholder Scheme in 2019 and has awarded shares to over 31,000 colleagues globally – the first release of shares took place earlier this year - this case study covers the Scheme’s life cycle exploring its features, communication strategies, administration and success.
The presentation will be discussed at the 6 April in-person session as part of Panel Three— Top Tips For Successful Share Plan Launches In 2022, when participants will have the opportunity to put questions and comments to the panel.
