Did the old office environment deliver the best way of working? Have we discovered that WFH delivered some positives that we didn’t have before? Have we learned new techniques, routines, rhythms etc that we would like to keep but don’t know how, or will dwindle into memory? Are there things about being back in the office that we are relishing or have missed without realising?
This session will explore some of the changes emerging since people have been returning to the office and the impacts of hybrid environment; consider some questions that leaders and employees can ask themselves while adapting to this new world and discuss how practically to maximize some of the benefits and opportunities and how we might address unwanted impacts.
