There’s a new hybrid market emerging called FinTech. It is a market populated by many technology firms who want to change the financial system and is, to a certain extent, resisted by the incumbent system who would rather keep things exactly as they are. The problem is that no-one can keep things as they are, thanks to the fast cycle changes technology delivery, and therefore how can the banks and, more importantly, London as a banking centre, capitalise on these changes?
