Share plan and employee incentives specialists Fleur Benns and Lynette Jacobs will discuss the use of employee share plans amid the economic fall out of the continuing pandemic. Their talk will give an insight into institutional investors’ thoughts on share plans and how the views of institutional investors impact on their operation.

Speakers:

Lynette Jacobs is a partner in the Employment & Reward group at international law firm, Pinsent Masons. She leads the Share Plans and Incentives team, advising clients across all sectors on all aspects of their domestic and international incentive arrangements including the establishment of new plans, ongoing operation of existing plans, corporate transactions, international operation of plans, use of employee trusts and corporate governance.

Fleur Benns is a Legal Director in the Employment & Reward group at Pinsent Masons. She is a share plan and employee incentives specialist and has extensive experience advising on all aspects of employee share plans and employee taxation. She provides practical and commercial advice in relation to the structuring of tax efficient forms of share incentives and the drafting, implementation and day to day operation of all forms of executive and broad-based share plans for both listed and non-listed companies.
