Jesper Schleimann is the Strategy & Innovation Officer for SAP in EMEA North, responsible for driving and scaling innovation & sustainability in SAP EMEA North while running strategic programs that span across Communications, AI, Sustainability and Digital Strategies. Jesper has a background in corporate innovation, sustainability & sales in companies like SAS Institute and CSC (Now DXC) before joining SAP in 2010 where he has held different managerial positions at Nordic and EMEA level. In his role as Strategy & Innovation Officer, Jesper’s mission is to help scale purposeful innovation and engagements. He seeks to add a business value focus to the digital, innovation and sustainability discussion while strengthen the alignment with the overall strategy within SAP. Jesper has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Copenhagen as well as an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School and Management certification from Stanford.
Professor Chris Watkins is a world-class authority on reinforcement learning & evolutionary theory. Currently Professor of Artificial Intelligence at Royal Holloway, University of London, Chris coined the Q-Table algorithm approach that spurred the resurgence in reinforcement learning (this approach was at the heart of Google’s recent successful AI projects). Prior to returning to academia, Chris was employed as a quant at a hedge fund firm in London for several years. Chris is presently working on how to make generally intelligent machines, along with abstract models of evolution, and statistical visualization.
Sanat Rao is a digital anthropologist and AI ethicist with over 30 years of global banking and technology experience. As the CEO of Infosys Finacle, he is responsible for the P&L of one of the most successful global digital banking software businesses. He engages deeply with CXOs in leading banks, helping them drive their digital and other transformation agendas through a portfolio of digital banking solutions. Prior to this, he was a Senior Partner / Global VP at IBM Consulting. Sanat is also a keen student of digital anthropology, with a particular interest in the ethical dimensions associated with the responsible deployment of technology in general, and AI in particular. I am particularly interested in studying the points of intersection between human behaviour and the ethical usage of technology.

Anuj Kumar brings 22+ years of advisory experience: Classic strategy consulting with hands-on experience of shaping & operationalising digital strategies leveraging technology (Applied Tech!) for senior business executives transforming their businesses. Advisor on the move to digital / cloud operating models and new business models alongside organisation structural re-designs; driven off e2e digitisation (revenue growth), simplification (cost efficiency) and regulation; with a particular interest in new technologies (Data Analytics - ML/ AI and platform technologies). As a keen contributor on the emerging perspectives on the future of banking and digitisation; he has published thought leadership, has participated in / facilitated conferences/ events and engaged with the media. At SAP, Anuj is driving the Go-To-Market strategy and digitisation agenda while engaging with large corporates to shape the end-to-end digital transformation strategies (cloud operating models) and the ‘data and platform centric’ end states.
