Singapore’s largest bank (in assets and customers) succeeded in transforming where so many others fail. They set out in 2011 to become Asia’s Bank of Choice in the New Asia in five years by implementing a strategy around 1) fixing the piping (internal processes), 2) improving customer service and 3) transforming the culture. They succeeded and 12 months ahead of schedule. The bank then won the first ever Euromoney Best Digital Bank in the World last year.
In this engaging keynote Robin Speculand shares what it takes to achieve excellence in execution with DBS as a case study. Speculand literally wrote the DBS official case after consulting to them and researching the case with the banks support. He will discuss:
