The construction (and the wider built environment) industry is one of the largest contributors to global emissions. At the same time, there is significant pressure on construction firms and the wider industry to commit to emission reduction targets, whether as a result of regulation, client demand and/or other pressures. There is also a huge amount of demand for construction work internationally at a time when supply chains are dealing with unprecedented challenges.
The purpose of this session will be to highlight some of the issues and concerns in the industry as well as some of the global approaches to this.
Voyage Control is a technology company whose software is used by 100 construction companies, owners and asset operators globally when managing their logistics and supply chain projects.
